Magnetic Filter provide an effective means removing ferrous chips and metal particles from loosely packed, free flowing materials.
- Sunrise magnetic grate are constructed by a row of magnetic bars which are fixed by frames in various shape. It can be square, rectangle, round, oval, triangle, rhombus or irregular polygon, to suit for different position. Center distance of bars is usually 2 inches. All the frames and shells are 100% stainless steel.

Hopper magnets are designed to remove ferrous metal and tramp iron from free-flowing materials such as plastics, foods, cosmetics, grains and minerals. High density permanent magnetic tubes are arranged to draw iron particles into the magnetic field and hold them there as material flows through the grate.
Hopper grate magnets are available in round or rectangular to best suit your needs. Both are constructed of stainless steel with one-inch diameter magnetic tubes are placed to provide the greatest magnetic efficiency. Tubes are filled with Alnico, Ceramic, or Rare Earth magnetic material. Deflectors are placed to direct product flow across the strongest magnetic area.
